The Rochester Lady Rockets were determined to prove they were the better Rockets on the court as they faced Rock Falls, looking to regain momentum after dropping their first two games at the State Farm Classic.
Led by senior Delanery Ferris, Rochester set the tone early with relentless defense that caused turnover after turnover. The Lady Rockets applied constant pressure, rolling out a full-court press that left Rock Falls struggling to get organized and unable to find any rhythm offensively.
That defensive intensity translated into control on both ends of the floor, as Rochester steadily built its lead while keeping Rock Falls in check. The Lady Rockets dominated the game from start to finish, allowing just 14 points while executing efficiently on offense.
Rochester closed out the contest with an emphatic 42–14 victory, ending its State Farm Classic campaign on a positive note and carrying momentum forward as the season continues.
