Clinton Dominates on the Road, Coach Vic Binkley Earns 800th Career Win

Clinton delivered one of its most complete performances of the season Tuesday night, rolling past Riverton 59–36 on the road in a statement victory that also marked a major milestone for head coach Vic Binkley, who secured the 800th win of his coaching career.

The Maroons wasted little time setting the tone, coming out with energy on both ends of the floor. Clinton pushed the pace early, defended with purpose, and quickly took control of the game, never allowing Riverton to settle into an offensive rhythm.

Keaton Graves once again led the way for Clinton, turning in a dominant scoring performance with 24 points. Graves’ ability to score in transition and in the half court fueled the Maroons’ early surge and kept pressure on Riverton throughout the night.

Clinton continued to build its lead as the game wore on, showcasing depth, discipline, and defensive intensity. The Maroons’ effort on the road reflected a team locked in from the opening tip, executing its game plan and controlling the tempo on both ends.

The 59–36 win not only stands as a significant road victory for Clinton, but also marks a historic achievement for Coach Binkley. Reaching 800 career wins is a testament to his consistency, leadership, and long-standing impact on the program.

Clinton closed the night with a convincing performance that highlighted both its present form and the legacy built under Coach Binkley’s guidance.
