Taylorville hit the road Wednesday to open their season, and sophomore Brock Brown made an immediate statement with a 20-point performance, proving the Tornadoes came to compete. After trailing for the entire first half, Taylorville fought back and grabbed the lead in the third quarter, but it wouldn’t hold.
