The Rams hosted the Hatchets on February 9th in one of their final matchups of the regular season, and the contest lived up to the hype from start to finish.
Both teams came out strong and competitive, trading baskets early as the Rams held a slim seven-point advantage heading into the second quarter. The Hatchets continued to apply pressure, cutting the deficit to just four points by halftime in a tightly contested first half.
The intensity only increased after the break, as the Hatchets battled back in the second half and made it a one-possession game down the stretch. Despite the late push, the Rams were able to hold on in the closing moments, securing a narrow 47-46 victory.
With the win, the Rams move forward to their final regular season matchup, as they head to Meridian on Thursday to close out the schedule.
