The Clinton girls basketball team added another strong performance to its season Thursday night, defeating Roanoke-Benson 62–35 at home in what proved to be a competitive matchup.
Carly Anderson led the way for the Maroons, pouring in 24 points to pace the offense. Clinton’s continued success has been fueled by its dynamic ball movement, sharp three-point shooting, and strong post play down low, making the Maroons a tough matchup on both ends of the floor.
With the win, Clinton keeps its momentum rolling and will look to continue that success Monday night when the Maroons host the Rochester Rockets.
