The Raiders kept things close behind a strong effort from Emmett Stenger, who poured in 16 points to help lead Central A&M and keep the pressure on throughout the night. The game remained within striking distance as both teams battled on both ends of the floor.
For Clinton, Keaton Graves may have started a bit slow, but he found his rhythm as the game progressed. Once he settled in, Graves became difficult to contain, finishing the night with 28 points to lead all scorers and power the Maroons’ offense.
Jayden Bell delivered one of his most complete performances of the season, impacting the game on both sides of the ball. His energy defensively and ability to contribute offensively helped Clinton maintain control during key stretches.
In the fourth quarter, fan favorite Wyatt Timmons gave the home crowd something to cheer about with two big-time plays that swung momentum firmly in Clinton’s favor. His contributions helped spark the Maroons when they needed it most.
Briggs White also made his presence felt at the varsity level, playing strong defense and helping limit Central A&M’s scoring opportunities down the stretch.
With a decisive late push, Clinton created separation in the final minutes and secured a 58-43 victory over the Raiders.
