Cardinals Cruise Past Central A&M, 76–27

The Central A&M Raiders boys basketball team faced a tough challenge on Tuesday night as they hosted the Warrensburg-Latham Cardinals, falling 76–27 in the final.

Warrensburg-Latham showed why they are considered one of the area’s top teams, setting the tempo early and controlling the game from start to finish with strong defense and efficient scoring. The Cardinals built their lead through quick transitions and steady pressure, making it difficult for Central A&M to find an offensive rhythm.

Despite the lopsided score, the Raiders never backed down. Central A&M continued to play with energy and determination throughout all four quarters, battling on both ends of the floor and showing the same drive and effort from the opening tip to the final buzzer.

While the outcome did not go in their favor, the Raiders’ hustle and commitment were evident, making it a competitive and exciting contest to watch even against an outstanding Warrensburg-Latham
