The Clinton Lady Maroons were back on their home floor looking for their 10th straight win as they hosted El Paso–Gridley, and once again they proved why they are one of the most dominant teams around. Clinton came out a bit slow, but it didn’t take long for them to find their rhythm and take control of the game.
As has become routine, Carly Anderson led the charge, guiding the Lady Maroons to a convincing 57–36 victory. Her steady leadership and scoring presence set the tone as Clinton pulled away and never looked back.
Head coach Josh Williams, widely regarded as one of the best in the game, continues to point to the heart and soul of this team as the key to their success. With a senior-heavy roster that gives everything they have on the court each night, the Lady Maroons continue to roll.
