Toney brings a wealth of experience after helping lead Shiloh Christian High School to a 29-5 season, a 24-game winning streak, and the program’s first Arkansas state semifinal appearance in six years. A former pitcher at Carl Albert State College and the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, he also trained with Tread Athletics, giving him a modern approach to pitcher development, mechanics, velocity, and arm care.
